Introduction
隨著科技進步與醫療需求的轉變，精準健康已成為未來醫療的重要方向。《精準健康趨勢與挑戰國際研討會（International Conference on Precision Health: Trends and Challenges）》匯聚來自國內外卓越的專家學者，共同探討精準健康的最新趨勢、研究成果與臨床應用挑戰。
本次研討會邀請兩位國際重量級講者進行主題演講：哈佛醫學院的 David Levine 醫師將分享「在宅醫療（Home Hospital）」的發展與未來展望；而微生物體研究權威 Rob Knight 教授則帶來「以人工智慧與數位分身推動微生物體導向的精準健康」的精彩分享。
會議共設四大主題場次，涵蓋從高齡醫療、基因體精準醫療、慢性病風險預測，到在宅數位照護等多面向議題。期盼透過本次交流，促進跨領域合作，共同推動以科技為基礎的精準健康照護新典範。
As healthcare evolves alongside technological advancements, Precision Health is rapidly emerging as a cornerstone of future medicine. The International Conference on Precision Health: Trends and Challenges brings together leading global experts and researchers to explore the latest developments, innovations, and challenges in precision health.
The conference features two distinguished keynote speakers:
∙Dr. David Levine (Harvard Medical School) will present insights on “Home Hospital: Past, Present, and Future.”
∙Dr. Rob Knight (UC San Diego), a pioneer in microbiome science, will discuss “Towards Microbiome-enabled Precision Health with AI and Digital Twins.”
The program includes four thematic sessions covering key areas such as Precision Geromedicine, Application of Genomic Precision Medicine, Risk Stratification Strategies for Chronic Diseases, and Precision Digital Healthcare in Home-based Medical Care.
Through interdisciplinary dialogue and knowledge exchange, this conference aims to catalyze innovation and foster collaborations to shape the future of precision healthcare.
